Chippendale is a small inner-city suburb. The western side is mainly residential. Frasers Property lodged a development proposal proposing a mixed-use development for the 5.8 Hectare site including approximately 250,000m2 of commercial and residential space, retention of a number of heritage buildings and the development of a large new park.
